Pre-release template · reviewed 3 August 2026

Privacy

The first release is designed without accounts or server-side storage. Profile, plan and workout information stays in local storage in the browser where it was created.

This is a pre-release information template. It should be reviewed and replaced with final legal text before a commercial launch or collection of account data.

Information you enter, and what training adds to it

The product can store onboarding answers, training preferences, generated plans, workout logs and display preferences.

Training adds to that over time. Every session you log can carry how long it actually took, how hard it felt, how much of it you completed, how many reps you had left on a working set, how you arrived that day, and why you changed or skipped a movement. The plan also stores what it learned from those — how confident it is about your loads, your paces and how much work your weeks hold.

None of it is health information in the clinical sense, and the product does not ask for a diagnosis. It is a record of training, and it stays on this device.

Do not enter information you do not want stored on the current device.

Where it is stored

Version 1 stores workspace data in your browser's local storage. It does not send that workspace to a Hybrid Performance account or database because those services are not included.

Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to access locally stored information.

Your control

You can reset the workspace inside the product. Clearing site data in your browser can also remove locally stored information.

Because the record grows as you train, it is worth saving a copy from time to time. The product warns you when the browser's storage is getting full, before it becomes a problem rather than after.

Browser data may not follow you to another device, browser or private window and may be lost if site storage is cleared.

Third parties

The first release does not include advertising trackers, payment processing, AI APIs or connections to external fitness platforms.

The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data needed to deliver the public website under its own terms and policies.

Future changes

If accounts, analytics, payments or cloud storage are introduced, this notice must be updated before those features are made available.
