Step 1 of 3 · Your goals
What are you training for?
Pick one, or up to three to combine. Choose more than one and the Hybrid Engine takes over: it works out what your goals share, what they cost each other, and writes one week rather than three.
What matters most right now?
One main goal. The others are trained alongside it or simply held — and if the week will not hold all three, the biggest competing demand moves to maintenance rather than everything getting diluted.
What are you training powerlifting for?
Asked for your main goal, because that is the one the block is shaped around. Everything else is trained alongside it.
No date, no number. Just more weight over time.
Anything else with a date on it?
Optional. A date close enough to matter pulls the week towards it — we say so when it does.
How long this block runs
5 weeks
Five weeks: three building, one sharpening, one easy. Long enough for the numbers to move, short enough that the reassessment still steers the next block.
Your record
Your plan and everything you have logged live in this browser and nowhere else. Clearing it, or moving to another phone, loses the lot. Save a copy — and take this week to the gym as a spreadsheet if that is easier than a phone.
